Sharon Strickland-Clark, is a renowned PCC certified Leadership Coach and Mentor who specialises in empowering business leaders and entrepreneurs to achieve their fullest potential, build resilience, and excel in their industries. With a deep passion for guiding micro and SME business owners through the unique challenges of running a business, Sharon is dedicated to helping clients overcome common business misconceptions and forge a path to lasting success. Sharon is a devoted practitioner of active recovery and spends her leisure time swimming, enjoying yoga and hanging out in the local spa - when she’s not playing private chef and chauffeur to her kids and their much loved and rather large family dog, that is!

Meet Anthony:

Anthony Donovan is a family man, sports enthusiast, and experienced learning and development consultant. After pursuing a law degree, he found his passion for teaching and training and spent 16 years at Reed before starting his own Learning and Development Consultancy. Anthony works with clients in the UK, Germany, France, North America, and China, helping business owners and people managers to inspire themselves and their teams to be the best versions of themselves.
