Nick Hughes, knows all there is to know about sales and he’ll be running our Sales Strategy session.
Nick is a sales coach and trainer, having worked as head of sales in the UK and abroad for blue chip international businesses within a diverse range of sectors. His mission now is to develop today’s salespeople into tomorrow’s sales professionals, by putting customers at the heart of your business, and developing long term, mutually-beneficial commercial relationships. He says “Not many commercial people will tell you they have lost deals in sales, but they have – don’t be fooled. I have learnt a lot from the deals I have lost: take the learning from the loss and turn it around, so it doesn’t happen again.”
? Marketing Strategy Implementation – Creating red-hot leads from your sales strategy
Finding your “why” and creating a plan around that is what it’s all about for Lisa Benson, our strategic marketing expert. She set up her business, The Cotswold Marketing Agency, after 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns in the public, private and charity sectors, and gaining qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In the past she’s worked on ministerial events, government communication campaigns, children’s book publishing and in the construction sector. Lisa says “I am passionate about creating strategies that help businesses realise their ambitions, and helping them to implement engaging marketing campaigns.”
? Turning your leads into clients – How to make non-spammy sales to your red-hot leads
After experiencing the sales ‘hamster wheel’ Rishi Patel used his love and understanding of martial arts to craft, test, refine and prove a formula, which incorporates the principles of the black belt mindset and ALL the skills required for successful high end, high value selling. This knowledge gave birth to the ‘Selling to Serve Pathway’ through which, he helps business owners to discover and live their purpose.
