Sarka’s business experience

Sarka has won a number of awards, the most recent ones were Business Person of The Year at Cherwell Business Awards 2018 and national award Exceptional Estate Agent 2017-2018 at ViewAgent

Five questions, five answers…

What has been your most pivotal moment in business?

Starting it. I was governed by fear for many years and when I finally took a leap of faith, all my life changed.

If you could send a text to yourself the day you started out in business what would it say?

‘Screw it, let’s do it!’ Never ever give up. Always adjust. You’ll get knocked down. When you do, feel sorry for yourself for a bit but then go, get up and carry on. Running business is a life choice.

Who has been your biggest inspiration and why?

Richard Branson, he is a true entrepreneur. He has an idea and follows it even if he doesn’t know about the subject. He just hires the right people.

What book should all business owners read?

It all depends on where you are at your business journey but I would suggest universally to read biographies. They are really inspirational. Talking about Richard Branson, I love his books.

What is your favourite quote?

“Screw it, let’s do it!” “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”  “Eat life otherwise life will eat you!” – you get the gist!
