I have been an executive search and recruitment professional for over 20 years. On reflection I have always championed diversity in competitive talent markets, this includes finding teachers for schools across the Midlands or hiring engineers to support building companies in London. In the last 10 years I worked to place high quality diverse leaders in emerging markets, with a focus on female and diaspora talent. I am now hoping to continue championing diversity into the manufacturing sector globally. When I am not at my desk at home, you will find me in the river swimming with my wife and my local swim group, or watching my daughter in one of her own swimming lessons. I love to walk/pull my two retired greyhounds around the country and relax watching movies, preferably from the 80s.
